EXTRAORDINARY TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS
The Association, led by a Board of Directors, provides an opportunity for all homeowners to be a part of the Community. The Board of Directors is made up of five seats elected by the homeowners. The seats hold a two-year term. These elected volunteers are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. In addition, their role is to prepare and review the fiscal budget for the neighborhood. The Board will also coordinate several Committees within the Homeowner's Association including the Architectural Control Committee, Landscaping & Maintenance, and the Social Committee. PAMCO Property Management, a professional management company, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Community. We believe there is a place for everyone to get involved, serve the community and meet new people!
